Welcome to our house! We are a small, young, and enthusiastic team. Spontaneous brainstorm? Bring it on! Own caterer? Technical challenges? We’re ready for it! From the first glimpse of the Werkspoorkathedraal to the event teardown, we’re here for you.
We may not be an event management agency, but we know many. If you’re still looking for one, we’d be happy to assist you further. Together, we’ll make sure there’s an amazing event in our industrial venue.
What makes us unique?
We give you space
No matter which space you choose, we give you the freedom. There are no fixed layouts or other obligations. We know what works well, and we are happy to share our knowledge about the venue with you.
Every suppliers is welcome
We believe that a successful event stems from a good collaboration with suppliers that align with you and your event. It varies for everyone, which is why you are not tied to any specific supplier when working with us. If you are still searching for the perfect partner, we are always available to provide input and recommendations.
Always personal guidance
Once the event is confirmed, we will introduce you to the project manager for the event. This project manager will be available to answer all your questions beforehand and will serve as your point of contact during the event. And of course, they'll be there to toast with you afterward!

The transformation of the Werkspoorkathedraal marked the beginning of our commitment to sustainability. Since then, we have built strong partnerships that help make both this iconic building and our event venue greener and more socially responsible. By Utrecht, for Utrecht.
Heat, Sun & Water
Heat from the city
Beneath our floor lies 42 kilometres of underfloor heating, powered by Utrecht’s district heating network.
Energy from the roof
Our roof is home to 1,600 solar panels, generating annual energy savings of at least 560,000 kWh.
Smart water use
Our waterless urinals save approximately 962,000 litres of water every year.
Circular & Impactful
Circular toilet paper
Our visitors use The Good Roll: sustainable, circular toilet paper that helps fund sanitation projects in Ghana.
Less waste transport
Our waste compactor reduces collection trips by 120 each year, saving approximately 600 kg of CO₂ annually.
Deposit returns for healthy lunches
Together with the LunchMaatjes Foundation, we turn collected bottle and can deposits into healthy lunches for children in Utrecht.
Smart Mobility
Greener travel
Visitors park at Berlijnplein and travel to the Werkspoorkathedraal by shuttle bus. This saves around 800 kg of CO₂ each year while helping keep the city quieter and cleaner. Whenever possible, our shuttle buses are hybrid.
Supporting local partners
From catering to event production, we work as much as possible with our own teams and local partners, reducing transport while strengthening the local community.

Vegetarian & vegan options
Whenever possible, we serve vegetarian and vegan dishes, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Green surroundings
Our grounds include a green garden that enhances biodiversity, improves air quality and creates a more welcoming environment.
